The mountain soars high in front of you. Your eyes gaze up to the top – to your goal – your team challenge! And you ask yourself how you, your team members and all the equipment should get up there.

The experience

Let your team experience all of what it is capable as a unit and with the support of «specialists»- the huskies. This outdoor training is based on the idea of learning from and with the huskies, and to raise your awareness of  group interaction and the «active» values, communication, role assignment etc.

There is hardly any other species of animal that has perfected the art of teamwork, communication and situative leadership as the wolf. The husky is the nearest ethnological relation to the wolf – with the difference that it has developed a great capacity for cooperation and an almost unconditional loyalty to humans.

The route and task to be tackled is not dangerous but requires serious and concentrated cooperation. Once at the target, we enjoy a hearty lunch, recharge our batteries and make our first reflections on the adventure we have experienced.

The descent depends on the time you have  available and can, depending on the location, be made by cable car or by helicopter.  At the final destination, after a celebratory drink, you can say your good-byes to your trusty companions, the huskies.

Naturally we will take into account any handicaps any of the participants may have. A needs analysis, the programme, reflections and transfers will be discussed with you in advance.

Equipment required

Depending on the season, good hiking or ski/snowboarding clothing is necessary. You will receive a check list in advance and can hire any material you may need.

Tip: give your staff the outer clothing and have it imprinted with your company logo, or team/project logo etc. in combination with the theme of this successful dog-focused event.

All year programme

This outdoor seminar is also suitable as an all-year programme in which we meet quarterly, for example, for a one-day outdoor module. In the meantime, we – or your own coach – support and monitor your team in the process of reaching the agreed, personal goals. And, at everyoutdoor stage, we will get more and more heroic…
