Mulitmedia presentation: be part of a winning team
A snowstorm is raging on the mountain pass with gales of up to 120km/h, the team has been fighting its way up the mountain – above the tree line – towards the pass, there is no longer a track to follow, no signs and it is 2.35 in the morning…
…this is when the leaders come in – the leading dogs who can still smell the track under the new snow, who are prepared to lead the team through the storm and to whom a person is prepared to hand over the reins. Often these are dogs who are otherwise not conspicuous members of the team and yet who have hidden qualities which come to light when called upon….at that moment when the supposed “main leader”, a person, hands over the leadership role to these dogs, withdraws to the background and places his full trust in them. For he knows that these are the experts!
Do you see any parallels here to how your daily life at work runs, or how it should run? Would you like to see someday how a musher’s eyes sparkle when he talks about his team? To feel his gratitude when he talks about how his dogs have saved his life – no less than twice?
For over 10 years our team has been running in dog sled races. The team and the dogs now take part in the most northern dog sled long route races and in the toughest stage runs in the world. Yes – and by doing so have achieved what no-one would have believed possible – they have qualified to for the longest dog sled run in the world – like the Hawaiin Ironman contest in the world of dog sled sport.

The famous saying is perfect: Leading a winning Team – have you ever wondered what is required to lead your team to its goal?
We do not see ourselves as mass motivators or success trainers who fill huge halls, but as likeable and honest speakers with a subtle sense of humour and well-chosen words who can give the audience something to take away with them!
